You won't find a more charming place on earth to vacation than The Villa Oriana Relais. Maria and her family make you feel completely at home. We were upgraded to the detached villa complete with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large living room and entry area with library. Our view was a sweeping one of The Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The breakfasts were delicioso!! Fresh squeezed orange juice from the oranges growing right on the property. Lemon cake from the lemon trees grove, chocolate cakes, homemade marmalade and honey all make your trip to "The Villa" an experience you'll never forget.

Cuando reservamos hotel en Sorrento no sabiamos bien ni como era la ciudad niel hotel. Cuando nos habiaos perdido, pense si habia hecho una buena eleccion... hasta que llegamos, y no me arrepiento de ninguna manera! La atencion fue excepcionalmente cordial desde el primer minuto, nos hicieron sentir como en casa sin contar con la excelencia de la mano de Maria de cocina y la coordialidad de todo el staff. Mil gracias por todo.

We stayed at the Villa Oriana and had a wonderful time. It was a home from home and Maria and her family made us feel so welcome. I even remember the occasion to this day as my wife Roopina played the piano and sang at a dinner that they had organised just for us. It remains the best villa we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world for the exceptional hospitality and the warmth of the owners.

Stayed here after last minute reservation on the internet. Did not known what to expect exactly but this was by far the most pleasant surprise we ever had. Lemon trees, very friendly and warm welcome, beautiful location, great rooms and yes....the breakfast. Fresh orange juice, cakes, strawberry's, homemade marmelade, honey etc.etc. Incredible. For us, the most memorable en best breakfast we ever had . Thank you Villa Oriana ! For an unforgettable experience.

From the moment we arrived at 9.30 at night we were instantly welcomed. Maria personally drove us to a restaurant for dinner and arranged for them to bring us back to the villa, all complimentary. Staying at the Villa Oriana was one of the best parts of our one month trip. From the freshly squeezed blood oranges & wonderful cakes for breakfast, to the service and smiles from all the staff, we could not have asked for a better hoilday. As promised Maria, we will be back. Thank you to Elio, Yourself and all your staff for making our stay one to remember.

“A honeymoon to remember” We stayed in Villa Oriana for our honeymoon which ended up being extended by a week due to the volcanic ash saga. We had been really impressed with it in our first week - lovely surroundings, amazing views, brilliant breakfast (home made cakes and the best fresh orange juice we've ever had), friendly family atmosphere. The week we were stuck there due to our flight being cancelled the'family running the villa couldn't have been more helpful - they really looked after us and the other families staying there and went above and beyond what they needed to in order to help us out.. This is a lovely place to stay set in a beautiful lemon grove and with a really warm welcome. We felt more or less part of the family by the time we left and would definitely go back if we were to go to Sorrento again.

"Serenity personified by tranquility in beautiful Sorrento Villa” If you are ever in the fortunate enough position to visit Sorrento you will certainly miss out if you do not stay in the fantastic Bed and Breakfast at Villa Oriana Relais. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. Elio was a gem and provided us with a warm, caring welcome after a hairy road trip through Naples. His knowledge of everything local was impressive and we ended up staying 2 extra nights. An absolute must if you are ever in this part of the world.

Appena rientrati da un week end a Sorrento e possiamo dire che soggiornare al Villa Oriana ha reso il tutto assolutmente perfetto. Ottima accoglienza, staff sempre disponibile e cordiale,una splendida vista sul golfo, camera deliziosa...e le ottime torte e marmellate della signora Maria! Un posto dove ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie a tutti!

This is a family run establishment (mother and son). They aim to please and they succeed. We were two families and they set us up in a flat with a common area just up the road. It was perfect for us. The morning breakfast was all home cooked and delicious with fresh squeezed orange juice. They had a special New Year's Dinner that was spectacular. The location is not directly in the city center, but if you are a walker, then it is not a big deal and you get a lovely view and a fabulous orange and lemon orchard. You get the feeling that these folks will help you with any itinerary or desire you have.
